Richa’s journey began in 2021, sparked by a deep love for global flavors and a desire to serve food that brings joy, warmth, and a spark of something new. With no formal culinary background but endless curiosity, she started experimenting at home, blending the bold spices of Indian cuisine with the zest and flair of Mexican dishes, guided and supported by her husband, a seasoned chef.
What started as a lockdown kitchen project quickly turned into a local favorite. Her wraps, fusion pastas, and signature sauces earned a loyal following among friends, neighbors, and food lovers in the community. Backed by her family and fueled by passion, Richa opened her first café in Vadodara, and thus began the story of what is now IND’O’MEX.
Today, she continues to lead the brand’s creative direction, crafting menus, innovating flavors, and ensuring that every plate served is a true celebration of fusion done right.
